Terms of service

These terms apply when you create a Rozoomi account. By signing in you agree to them. Questions: support@rozoomi.com.

The service

Rozoomi lets you create AI assistants that answer your customers from the content you provide, calculate quotes from the rates you set, and pass enquiries to you, on your website, WhatsApp and Messenger.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and using Rozoomi for a business.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Secret API keys are shown once — keep them private. Publishable keys are designed to be public.

Plans and payment

• The free plan includes a monthly message allowance. When it runs out, your assistant stops answering questions until the next month or until you upgrade; visitors can still leave their contact details for you.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically. Prices exclude VAT where VAT applies.
• If a paid plan ends, your account moves to the free plan.
• You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current month is not refunded.
• We will give at least 30 days' notice of a price change.

Your content and your customers

• You own the content you upload and the enquiries your assistant collects. You give us permission to use them only to provide the service.
• You are responsible for your content being accurate and lawful, including your prices. Quotes are calculated from the rates you set — check them.
• You are the controller of your customers' personal data and must have a privacy notice on your website that mentions the assistant. We process that data for you under our privacy policy, which forms our data-processing terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use Rozoomi for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, to send spam, to collect sensitive data such as health or payment card details through the chat, or to try to break or overload the service.

AI limitations

AI answers can occasionally be wrong. The assistant only answers from your content and never invents prices, but you should review your content and conversations, and confirm important details with the customer before starting work.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Rozoomi running all the time but can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; we'll tell you in advance about changes that materially affect you.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

Ending your account

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. On closure we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
